You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date if it is unwanted.
Please note that items should be returned in the condition in which they were received and in, or with, it’s original packaging.
Items must be returned with a valid return form and it is strongly advised that you obtain proof of postage with a tracking number.
Strawberry Lemonade Online will not pay postage on products or parcels being returned to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 10 working days, from delivery date to us, for your return to be processed. Once the return has been processed, the refund may take 3-5 working days to show in your account.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- When trying on garments, we ask that you take great care as we cannot accept returns on items that have make-up, fake tan or any other visible marks on them.
- Before dispatch, each item is individually checked through quality control. We expect it to be returned in the same condition.
- Items purchased online cannot be collected or returned in-store.
- We strongly advise that you return parcels using a recorded and trackable delivery service as strawberrylemonadeonline.com will not accept any responsibility for items lost or unreceived on return.
- No exchanges for products are guaranteed.
- We only offer refunds on the returned stock.

Complete the first table
- Enter your order number and order date. This can be located on your receipt and in your order confirma- tion email.
- Enter your name and address.

- Enter the SKU/ product code. This can be located on your receipt and in your order confirmation email.
- Enter the quantity of the individual item you have ordered (if more than one) and then enter the quantity
you wish to return.
- Circle the correct return reason code from those listed.
- Circle Y if you would like to exchange the item you are returning for a different size or colour.*
- Or circle N if you are just returning the item for a refund.
